Debbie Gilchrist specialises in providing financial, strategic and business planning, corporate governance and training services to clients.
Debbie brings over 25 years experience with her ranging from audit, financial and project management skills honed in practice at Deloitte and in commerce, through to consulting in economic development, financial policy development, feasibility studies, strategic and business plans, corporate governance reviews and other related consulting largely for not-for-profit and government clients.
After Deloitte Debbie held positions at listed telecommunications company Westel, including Group Financial Accountant and General Manager of a subsidiary company, and senior project accountant for a $1bn construction project then acting CFO and Company Secretary for international engineering and construction firm Kaiser Engineers.
As a consultant Debbie has focused on non-profit and government organisations and through performance of the services noted above has facilitated and assisted clients to raise over $10 million dollars in funding. Debbie has also lectured in accounting, tax and audit at the University of Western Australia, University of Notre Dame and Curtin University.
As a finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Awards, recipient of teaching awards and having achieved significant success across many roles, it is no surprise to know her work is of the highest standard.
