Dane Etheridge has spent more than ten years working in corporate finance, strategy and corporate governance as an academic, consultant and in executive and board level roles within ASX listed and not for profit organisations. During his diverse professional career, he has secured more than $100M of debt and equity funding, led corporate transactions, and developed operational and strategic plans for companies across the not for profit and ASX listed sectors. He has also provided procurement support to two major WA Government infrastructure projects.
Dane is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Practicing Accountant, and Chartered Secretary. He holds a PhD in corporate finance from the University of Western Australia and is currently senior lecturer of finance at Curtin University. Within the Not for Profit space, Dane currently serves as Treasurer of the Coalition for Asylum Seekers, Refugees, and Detainees and as Non-Executive Director of Befriend.
