With over 25 years of experience in corporate and operational service delivery environments, Craig has developed a comprehensive understanding of organisational governance, strategy, performance improvement and people.

Combined with an advanced set of situational analysis and problem solving skills, Craig’s experience in workplace diversity, human resources, learning and development, and leading multidisciplinary teams allows Craig to deliver on a broad range of consulting assignments.

Having worked extensively with Aboriginal people, Aboriginal owned and run organisations and corporations, people living with disabilities, skilled migrants, asylum seekers and refugees has given Craig the opportunity to work on a number of innovative projects related to diversity, equality and inclusion across the Australian community.

Craig remains heavily involved in the life of his local community in a voluntary capacity as a current Board member of the Peel Community Development Group, an advisor on governance to the Winjan Aboriginal Corporation, as well as an employment program volunteer at the Fremantle Multicultural Centre.
