Luke is currently undertaking an honours degree in industrial-organisational psychology, where he is investigating the impact of automation on safety in complex operational environments and potential risk mitigation approaches. He currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Western Australia. In his role as a research analyst at BaxterLawley he primarily conducts data collection and analysis, client communications, and report editing. During his time as a research analyst at BaxterLawley, Luke has been involved in a number of projects, including Western Australia’s Not for Profit Landscape 2017 Report and the National Disability Services Benchmarking Project. His areas of interest are public policy, job analysis, training, and organisational structure and culture.
