Gabriela Di Perna


Gabriela is an experienced project manager and specialises in the strategic management and execution of customer service delivery. She has a track record of business structure improvement and process innovation and has held executive project roles in finance and the Not-for-profit sector primarily in the areas of operations, strategic planning and change management.

Her most recent position was managing Access and Inclusion Community Service Delivery for National Disability Services (NDS), overseeing direct service delivery to more than 90000 customers in WA.

Her career started in Private Banking in Munich at UniCredit Group, a Pan-European Bank and one of the largest private financial institutions in Germany. Gabriela moved through sales to strategic marketing to internal projects where she reported to the CEO of Private Banking Germany, overseeing several internal projects during a time of financial crises.

Gabriela holds a First Class Honours BA Business from Oxford Brookes University, UK and a International Marketing Diploma.
