Gabriela Di Perna

Principal

Gabriela is an experienced project manager and consultant, specialising in strategic
management and execution of customer service delivery.

She has a demonstrated track record of business structure improvement as
well as process innovation, having held executive project roles in both
the financial and not-for profit sectors.

Her diverse employment history includes work in the areas of operations,
strategic planning as well as change management.

Her most recent position prior to joining BaxterLawley was managing the ‘Access and Inclusion’ Community Service Delivery for National Disability Services (NDS), where she
directly oversaw service delivery to more than 90,000 clients in Western
Australia whilst making structural and efficiency enhancements.

Gabriela’s career began in private banking at the Munich branch of the
pan-European UniCredit Group, one of the largest financial institutions in
Germany. She rapidly rose from sales through strategic marketing to
managing internal projects. In this capacity she reported directly to the
UniCredit CEO of Private Banking for all Germany, overseeing several
crucial projects during a critical period of financial crises.

Gabriela is currently a Research Fellow with the University of Western Australia, a non-executive director of Melville Cares, Secretary of Blue Gum Early Learning and Child Care Centre, and a volunteer within the kids’ ministry team of her local Christian church.

Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Business with First Class Honours from Oxford
Brookes University (UK), and an International Marketing Diploma.
